A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, Simon worked for PwC for 37 years, spending 23 years as a Corporate Finance Partner.
During this time he led PwC’s Corporate Finance activities in the South & East and founded PwC’s specialist Business Services Sector service.
For many years Simon was a member of PwC’s market-leading private equity advisory practice.
Simon has extensive experience of all aspects of corporate finance for multiple stakeholders, with specific expertise in private and public company divestments, acquisitions, refinancing and restructuring.
A qualified accountant (FCCA) with prior experience in industry, Alex moved into corporate finance in 1990.
As an Assistant Director in PwC’s South East Corporate Finance team, she specialised in deal structuring and execution on a broad range of buy- and sell-side transactions for privately held companies.
In 2001, she joined a start-up HNWI investment platform, mandated to secure private equity opportunities and source client investment (AUM by 2004: £49m).
Since 2005, Alex has focused on operational roles preparing organisations for refinancing, acquisition or shareholder equity realisation, both in the UK and Africa.
